      The basics

Names, date and place. The date also drives the countdown and the calendar button.

      Photos

Shown in the photo section, in this order. Use the arrows to move one, the × to take it off. The calendar button picks the photo on the back of the Save the Date card; the envelope button picks the one on the invitation card in the envelope. Captions are optional.

or drop them here. Big photos are shrunk automatically.

      Link preview and email header

What people see when the site link is texted or posted. Both are drawn from the site itself: your photo, names and date, the seal, the corner artwork, and the site's colors and fonts. Change any of those and these follow.

Email header, used at the top of every email:

      Corner artwork

The branches in the top-left and bottom-right corners of the envelope screen. Upload a PNG or JPG; a plain white background is removed automatically. Remove one to go back to the autumn leaves.

      Music

Plays softly once, like a record, when a guest opens the card. They can stop it with the record button, and it stops when they leave the page.

      Start the song at
Minutes:seconds, like 0:45. It plays once from here, with a little record-player crackle.

      Hotel room block

Shows as "Where to stay" under the Save the Date card and on the invitation, and goes in the save the date, invitation and final emails. Fill in what you have; empty lines are left out.

The start of a ZIP code is enough: 656, 657 and 658 cover Springfield, Nixa and the area around them (about an hour away). Anyone with no address yet still gets them. Each household can also be set to always or never get them (Guests, Edit).

      Wording

Clear a line to hide it from the page.

      Invitation

Shown when the stage is Formal invitation. The Save the Date uses its own card wording (Stage, above).

      RSVP questions

Asked of each person who is coming. Leave meal choices blank to skip that question.

Once email is set up below, guests get a thank-you with their answers, and you get an email for every reply.

      The details

Filled with a starting template. Edit it, then switch on "The details" under Sections when you're ready. Empty lines are hidden.

      Wedding day and after

The site changes by itself: replies close after the reply-by date, the countdown becomes "Today's the day!" on the day, and a thank-you takes over afterward. Preview each with the links below.

      Share the save the date

One link works for everyone: post it, text it, or print the QR code on your cards. People fill in their household and address, and they show up under Sign-ups for you to add. Households already on your list get their own link (Copy link on each one), which greets them by name.
